SPORTING SMILES 90 DAY PERFECT FIT WARRANTY POLICY:
Customers who are interested in a warranty must contact SportingSmiles customer service via phone or email within 90 days of receiving their final product.
During the initial contact of a warranty, the customer must send photos or videos of their product for a warranty check to info@sportingsmiles.com
Customers will need to include their name, order number, and describe the issue in detail.
Please allow up to 48-72 hours for customer service to process the email and respond to the warranty claim.
Once a solution has been reached or a new impression kit has been sent, the customer has 90 days to complete the warranty or else the warranty claim will be closed.

Own Molds Warranty/Refund Policy: With any warranties for orders that were crafted using customer molds, we guarantee that the product will fit the molds. If your teeth molds are different from the current position of your teeth, the product may not fit. There’s no warranty/refund on the product fitting your teeth; only the fit on the molds that were provided.
