The entire process takes between 10-15 business days with standard shipping and processing. Shipping your impression kit and your product once crafted is 2-4 business days. When we receive the approved impressions, it takes about 7-10 business days in our lab for your product to be crafted. The standard time for the entire process depends on how quickly you make approved impressions. Expect to receive your impression kit in 3-4 business days after ordering. Once we receive your approved impressions our lab will craft your product in 12-15 business days and ship it back.

Every individual product has a different lifespan due to the different habits of grinding, clenching, and overall care of the product. This is the general timeline of when a product should be replaced or reordered:

If the impression material hardens or the impression doesn't come out well, we will send you out a replacement putty free of charge as long as you send us photos of the impressions through email first. If you send the impressions without sending a photo of them first and the impressions are not usable, we would charge $15 to cover shipping you another impression kit. See more »

Yes, We sell internationally. With international orders, we don't include return labels as they only work in the USA. Internationally impressions will just have to be returned at your own cost.

Is there a way to remove the clay from a bad impression & reuse the tray ? See more »

Yes, the impression tray can indeed be reused. Begin by breaking off any putty protruding from the tray. Focus on removing the putty starting from the rear molars. A butter knife can help with the removal. Once the putty begins to loosen, it should easily peel away, making the tray ready for its next use.
